Thank you for shopping with us! Each of our candles and home decor pieces is handmade to order, so please read the following information carefully.

Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be created and prepared for dispatch.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail using the Tracked 24 service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel journey.

Shipping Cost

• Flat rate shipping: £4.45 per order

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1-2 working days with Tracked 24. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary, especially during peak periods or due to factors outside our control.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will always do our best to assist if any issues arise.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us and we will help investigate with Royal Mail.
