Returns & Refunds Policy

As all of our candles and home decor items are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production will have begun and cancellations may not be possible.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement, repair or full refund where appropriate.

Returns (if applicable) 

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return postage is the customers responsibility unless the item is faulty

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item ( if applicable), using the original payment method.
